ARB's Electrical division incorporates ARB Electrical Wholesalers, ARB Global, ICS, Elektro Vroomen and CED and is South Africa’s largest independent distributor of electrical products, with 20 branches across South Africa and an established presence in all nine provinces.

With almost 600 staff members the division provides a wide range of internationally recognised and SABS approved products across three main categories:

• power and instrumentation cables,
• overhead line equipment and conductors, and
• general low-voltage products.

The division services over 6 000 customers throughout South Africa, servicing seven strategic business sectors:

• large and heavy industry,
• government and parastatals,
• construction industry,
• electrical contractors,
• mining industry,
  
• domestic/DIY markets, and
• export
